PVC Foam Board Overview
PVC foam board, also known as Sintra board, is made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC resin powder) with the addition of calcium carbonate powder, stabilizers, foaming agents, lubricants, etc. through a special foaming process.
It can be divided into PVC free foam sheet, PVC Celuka board, and PVC co-extruded board.

Types of PVC Foam Boards
PVC Free Foam Sheet
Produced by free foaming process with smooth and fine surface. Ideal for UV printing, screen printing, and advertising displays.
PVC Celuka Board
Features a harder, high-gloss surface with dense structure. Suitable for furniture, cabinets, and decorative panels.
PVC Co-extruded Board
Three-layer structure with hard top and bottom surfaces. Waterproof and fireproof, widely used for kitchen cabinets, bathroom furniture, and interior applications.
