Aluminum composite panels consist of three layers: high-strength aluminum alloy panels on the surface and back, and non-toxic low-density polyethylene (PE) panels in the center. The coatings of the surface and back aluminum plates are from PPG VALSPAR (USA) and Becker (Sweden).

structural design not only improves the strength and rigidity of the aluminum panels, but also enhances corrosion resistance and aesthetics through the use of high quality coatings. The polyethylene core layer gives the composite panel light weight characteristics.
